Job Description:
1. Inside sales support for higher tier OEM customers including but not limited to:
- Monitoring and maintaining supply chain including safety stock monitoring, order pushes/pulls, lead time management, forecasting, and collaboration with overseas production.
- Order entry and shipment follow up.
- RMA management.
- New account setup and coordination with finance department.
- Project/product price quoting.
- Sample processing and tracking
2. Support and coordination for OEM sales representative network
- Commission tracking.
- Marketing material, sales presentation, and product information coordination with all sales reps.
- Technical inquiry collaboration with FAEs.
- Meeting schedule coordination with all sales reps.

Job Requirement:
1. Strong interpersonal, communication and computer skills are required. MS Office experience is required.
2. English fluency required.
3. B.S. college degree and experience in DRAM/flash memory products are both preferred
4. OEM experience is a big plus
