Title: Director of Telemetry

Location: San Jose, CA

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000

Responsibilities of Position:

The Director of Telemetry Care Services is responsible for overall planning, direction, and administration including budgeting considerations coordination and supervision of critically ill patients in the organization.

He/She encourages policy development, and decision-making among staff. The director is also expected to evaluate quality and appropriateness of health care delivery in assigned areas. In addition the director accepts responsibility and accountability for services provided and for assessing and developing new programs that would enhance patient safety, quality care and family involvement.

Education Required:
•Current CA RN License
•ACLS BCLS Certifications
•2-4 years recent managerial experience with progressive responsibilities required
•2 years as a director of a service area preferred
•Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
•Masters degree required
•CCRN preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills,critical thinking, problem solving, customer service. Budget development.
