The fitted sheet has deep pockets in the corners to keep the sheets firmly in place. Note that these fit the classic bladder style waterbed which has a hard frame, not the newer softsided waterbeds which use regular sheets. Hard-frame Queen size is a few inches longer than non-waterbed Queen size.
